Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OsmanOnline processes when you use osmanonline.co.uk. Please review it together with our Cookie Policy.

Information we process

• Server logs. Like most websites, our servers and our content delivery network record technical information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the service running and are kept for a limited period.
• Usage analytics. We count page views and video plays. For up to 90 days we also retain daily page activity with approximate country, device and browser category, referring website hostname, and whether an administrator/editor is signed in. A keyed summary of the connection address and browser is used to estimate unique visitors; raw IP addresses and full referrer URLs are not stored in analytics. We do not set analytics cookies or use browser storage for this measurement.
• Information stored on your device. The video player remembers where you stopped watching an episode using your browser's local storage, so you can resume later. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us, we use the information you provide to reply.

Advertising

The site is free to use and is supported by advertising. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure adverts, subject to your consent where required by law. See the Cookie Policy.

Third-party video and embeds

Some episodes may be played from third-party video providers. When a third-party player loads, that provider may process information under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EEA you have rights under data protection law, including the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you and to object to certain processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
